Almond drinks

In 2017, a total of 4.4 million liters of almond drinks entered the country. According to WHO estimates, two-thirds of the world’s population is lactose intolerant. In this sense, products such as soy milk and almond drinks emerge as substitutes for traditional cow’s milk. The latter stand out for their high content of fiber, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and vitamin E as well as for their benefits in terms of brain strengthening, prevention of osteoporosis and cholesterol reduction.
